Hi, I’m a sex and psychedelics coach!

I help you integrate the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual parts of yourself to overcome trauma, supercharge your sex life, and take ownership of your body. I hold my Master’s of Science, as well as am a certified Tantric Wellness Practitioner, Ordained Minister, and Psychedelic Guide. Together we will design personalized sessions aligned with your goals. We will help you build confidence, heal dysfunction (unwanted feelings and behaviors), and overcome trauma naturally.

I employ Cognitive Learning Theory and draw from evidence-based approaches like Polyvagal Theory, neuroplasticity, metacognition, and somatic literacy. I also offer powerful healing modalities like Tantra, Hatha Yoga, natural medicine, and Reiki.
