Just a daily/weekly update page of my gym routines and working towards the goals of getting down to a a 4-6 pack. Whole life never seen that on myself and last 1 years I have been a trucker. 2 years ago I was near 300lb. And knew I need to make changes.
Got down to 238 end of 2020. Got poison ivy at thanksgiving and kept getting it for 2 months due to the oil getting everywhere in the truck and I avoided the gym during. Reached 270 again not eating right.
2021. Started gym again. Got down to 250 amd in summer added weight training to my routine and just kept a steady 250 during the week and ate unhealthy on weekends and would go to 260 range. End of year I got under 250 and stay just under usually.
2022. January. 245 the day before my vacation in week 4. 255 feb1st.
For the next 4 months going into summer. I am going to try to shed permanently at least 5lb and continue weights/cardio. Eat healthy during week is easy. But I cheat on weekends. Not for next 4 months. L
