Hi guys my name is Andre'a, welcome to my OnlyFans fitness page!

I have taught various fitness classes for the past 30 years including BodyPump, BodyFlow and BodyJam classes. I have also owned my own personal training business.

Join me as I post fitness videos on how to properly and safely perform exercises whether it be working out alone, with a partner or even using a piece of equipment at home or in the gym.

My goal is to be a Life/Fitness Coach and bring awareness, empowerment and confidence to the inexperienced person who hasn't worked out before or maybe even make recommendations for the experienced person.

Let's face it, we all hit a plateu at one time or another so if I can help you with my posts, videos or answer any questions you have then I have achieved my own goals in creating this account.
