About
A native Brazilian (from Rio de Janeiro), I was basically born being a passionate, hot-blooded, sensual personality. This shows not only in my general attitude but also in the art of my cooking: For each dish, I use at least one traditional Brazilian ingredient, combined with seasonal and local produce. My cooking is always creative, but I don’t do crazy combinations. On the contrary, it is very important to me to preserve the natural taste and beauty of my ingredients.
