Welcome to my fitness journey!
My journey began on the 25.9.22
It all started out with of course, a broken heart 💔 I searched for nearly a year looking for a cure and went through dozens of different things such a meditation techniques, therapy and ect and could not find something to help me long term. I always thought about going to the gym but never had the determination to go and work hard as I was never motivated to do anything after work as I often felt down. Finally I pulled my finger out and started going and since then iv been fighting those demons and winning every battle so far! So this is my journey and I’d love for you to tag along with me!
