Native Arkansan, Miranda has been fascinated with real estate since she was just 19 years old. Purchasing her very first home as a teenager in 1998, for $42,000, she quickly learned she did it ALL WRONG. She didn't use a realtor, waived inspections, and signed her name on the dotted line. Her first night in her cute farm house, she found a leak in the upstairs bathroom that had extensive water damage. Hind sight's 20/20...and it's costly! Decades later, and a handful of "project" houses, she has SEEN IT ALL. She was later able to make her dreams a reality, moving to Texas and buying and selling real estate. Miranda's favorite real estate tool: a kayak. Cruising the shores of Lake Conroe with her dog, Bella, has made her familiar with every single community on the lake.
