SFW - Hey, I'm Yona. I'm a 26 year old 2-time Olympic diver from Leeds, but I represent Jamaica! One of my favourite quotes is "Mens sana in corpore sano" which means "a sound mind in a sound body." I believe mental and physical health go hand in hand, so I want to share some of my favourite tips on how to look after your physical and mental health, whilst showing off some of my favourite swimwear by Budgy Smuggler.
