Geextah is my avatar of the multiple stuff I make.

I´m a studied philosopher and scientist of religion.

I do martial arts and qi gong for over twenty years (teach it over five years) and I also love to going to the gym. Pay attention to health and fitness studies a lot of time.

For me it´s important to connect the western ideas and studies of health and fitness with the eastern ideas and concepts of how the world works.

I will try to show you that connection and how wonderful the world can be if you create yourself in it.

My content is not as usual like some sport youtubers or others, because I get a lot of topics I´m interested in.

Here some of them: health, fitness, programming, philosophy, further education, gaming, learning languages, reading and I try to learn the piano, but duh - I have not enough time for it ^^"
