A little about me is I’m a stepmom to three amazing children, and I have a wonderful supportive husband that encourages me to chase my dreams no matter how crazy they seem. I am a dog lover, love the outdoors and crazy adventures, for my full time job I am a nurse no that doesn’t mean I’m on here to give medical advice. Although through my journey I have found a passion for mental health and I would love to do something amazing with it. Any advice you may need concerning mental health, relationships, or tips for loving yourself I’m your girl. I’m also a very good listener if you need someone to talk to.
