I started Nude-ercise, my naked fitness classes, in 2016 because I love being naked and I love exercising. To me, it makes sense to do both things together. If you can embrace your naked body and accept it as it is, while keeping yourself fit and healthy, what could be better? I extend this philosophy to everything else in life - I love to be nude as often as possible, whether I'm at home or out and about.
