Former tennis prodigy Sofya Zhuk is diversifying her business interests by launching an OnlyFans account, adding another venture to her expanding entrepreneurial endeavors.
Zhuk, who once seemed destined to be Russia's next tennis sensation after winning the Wimbledon junior girls' championship in 2015 without losing a set, stepped away from tennis in 2020 at the young age of 20 due to persistent back issues. Despite her early promise, Zhuk struggled in Grand Slam tournaments and had a career record of 123-66.
Now 23, Zhuk is pursuing new ventures in Miami, including Boy Toys, a luxury vehicle and yacht rental business, as per her Instagram page. OnlyFans, a platform where she plans to pose in cocktail dresses or bikinis but not nude, is her latest addition, as reported by The Sun.
"Finally, the moment you've all been waiting for has arrived! Expect a lot of exciting content," she said.
Zhuk revealed in a 2020 interview with WTA Tennis that her back troubles began even before her stellar performance in the junior circuit. She shared, "Before Junior Wimbledon, my back was so bad that no doctor wanted to treat me. I was seen as a hopeless case."
Detailing her health issues, Zhuk added, "My body has trouble absorbing protein, and my spinal discs are disordered. MRI scans reveal my spine's condition is akin to that of someone aged 50 or 60."
